Taxes on moving funds into US

I moved larger funds of money via bank transfers to my US account when I moved here. These were just my savings I saved over the years. Are there any taxes to be paid on that?

No taxes to be paid on money you already had. However, you may be required to file an FBAR to report foreign bank accounts.

For 1099-Q, TurboTax says "You can also use these funds for K–12 expenses; up to $10,000 per student, for tax year 2025" but isn't it still taxable in NY State?
