No one can look any of that up for you. No one else has access to your information.
You have to get information from the friend who prepared the tax return. You cannot access it yourself unless you know the account and user ID your friend used on the TT site. Or did your friend use the CD/download? If your friend used the CD/download then the tax file is only stored on your friend's hard drive--it is not online.
If you know the amount of the refund from line 34 of the Form 1040 you can check to see if there is information on the IRS refund site. You need your Social Security number, your filing status (single, married...etc.) and the amount from line 34.

It may be possible for you to take control over the TurboTax account that your friend used by providing copies of your identifying information such as your drivers license, to TurboTax customer support. However, it would certainly be easier to get that information directly from your friend.
