Taxable wellness rewards

I just received a letter from our health insurance providers that we had taxable wellness rewards in the amount of $50 each. (Totaling $100). I didn't realize that this needed to be claimed on our tax returns. I efiled our returns last week. Do I need to wait or go ahead and file an amended return to reflect the $100?
