Hello. I need to do both mine and my brothers return for 2019.  I am wondering what product to purchase to be sure I can do both our returns.

TurboTax has about four individual tax version of the software. So, you will have to make a choice depending on the kind of tax return you are preparing. There is:

• Basic version which is free to file.
• Deluxe 
• Premier
• Self-employed

Based on the complexity of the returns you are filing, you will have to choose the most suitable for you and your brother. Note, you will have to use one for each and not one for both..

Why am I being made to upgrade and pay to discuss a mistake made by Turbotax? Turbotax made an error on my return, not me, so why am i paying for phone support due to their mistake

I have 2 concerns. I cannot find my 2019 tax returns. I thought I down loaded it but i cannot find it. Can you send me my return?

I also have to file an amended return, I forgot to file a 1095 A for me and my wife.

Here is how to get the form 8962 filled out. Please note: You are NOT going to amend your return and you are NOT going to add a state return. These directions are quirky but will get the job done.

1.  Log into your return
2. Select that you want to add a state - this lets you into the program without the amend process starting.
3. In the top right corner, locate the Magnifying glass/search  
4. enter the exact words 1095a
5. Select the first entry Jump to 1095a
6. Fill in the 1095a information
7. Print and mail the 8962

The IRS may adjust your refund once they receive your form 8962. 

When you are in your return to add the 8962, you should be able to print or save your return.   Look in the left navigation pane under tools.
