I filed online the free edition, Federal And Missouri state. I mailed the federal, which I don't have a refund coming on. Do I have to mail the state also, and do i need to include a copy of my federal return with it ?

No, you do not have to mail your state tax return.  You can efile your state tax return using free file.

If you mailed the federal you also have to mail the state returns.  You can only efile state if federal was first efiled and accepted.

When I signed in I enter I was in indiviual business from 2018 tax. I closed in this business within the 2018 tax I don't sign up this year with same turbo tax
