Best place to start is by going here to select the TurboTax product that fits your needs:https://turbotax.intuit.com/. 

Once you select the version you need, make sure you have your tax documents ready to do. TurboTax will walk you through step-by-step, question-by-question so you know what tax information is needed, how to enter it, and where to enter it.

Once you are done preparing your return, TurboTax will check your return to maximize your refunds. You will then be able to file it, and track the status of your return and refund. 

If at anytime you need assistance or have questions, there will be places in TurboTax as you go through where you can stop and ask them.
