Tax Year 2016: I am filing for 2 dependents. Myself and my grown son. Filing as Head of Household. But I am only showing 1 dependent. Shouldn't it show 2 Dependents?

No, it will only show one dependent (your son).  You don't claim yourself as a dependent.  However, you will automatically get the Personal Exemption amount of $4,050 (2016 amount) for yourself. The software will deduct that amount for each of you on your actual tax forms.
