Tax withholdings

I live in CA and work full time, my husband is disabled but has no income at all. I have no dependents. I seem to always owe. How should I fill out my withholdings for both Federal and State so that I do not hopefully owe.

You should be able to use the standard zero exemptions. Make sure you indicate that you are Married Filing Joint.

How do I resubmit my taxes after I have corrected a rejection? It keeps telling me Im only allowed to do 5 returns with this software but that is all I have filed
