Tax withholdings

I live in CA and work full time, my husband is disabled but has no income at all. I have no dependents. I seem to always owe. How should I fill out my withholdings for both Federal and State so that I do not hopefully owe.

You should be able to use the standard zero exemptions. Make sure you indicate that you are Married Filing Joint.

I did not file my taxes on turbotax online for 2023. The amount showin for 2023 in my Rental Properties and Royalties (Sch E) income section is wrong. how do I edit that?
