Tax was rejected needed to cancel our payment pending

My taxes was rejected because we didn't have the right ID number so we mailed our taxes in. But you are still holding on to our money. 

What do we need to do.

if you used other than basic version of TurboTax, there would still be fees for using the software. With online there are no extra fees for e-filing federal so the fees would not change
