Tax tools is not in the left hand corner of my account

It is if you are logged into the account and are in the working program section ... when you log in if you do not see the option to continue the return or pick a section then scroll down and click on ADD A STATE to open the account.

If you do not see the left hand column with the various links then you have your screen minimized so the column is not visible.  Click on the 3 horizontal bars in the top left corner of the screen to open the left side column.
