Tax refund was returned to turbo tax. How do I go about getting it sent back out to me

TurboTax does not get refunds or has the option to find out about refunds.  If you paid your TurboTax fees with your Federal refund, your refund will bounce back to the bank that handles the transaction, if your direct deposit information is wrong.  You would automatically switched to receiving a check in the mail.

When you sign up for Pay With My Refund, your refund will be handled through the Santa Barbara Tax Products Group (SBTPG, formerly SBBT).
