Tax refund not received. Letter not received

My return indicated a return. IRS website said I owed $, and would get a letter of explanation. I have not received the letter. What should I do?

Hi @7541zxcv , if you have not received the letter as of yet, you may consider calling to find out why you owe.  There are phone numbers in the link I am providing to contact the IRS.  When you owe, penalties and interest can accrue, the sooner you can get in touch with them the better.
