Tax forms from Fidelity will not download

Turbo Tax Desktop version. Trying to download 1099s from Fidelity website. All forms are available on Fidelity. I can connect and I get a screen that shows download was successful and tell me I can return to Turbo Tax. When I do so and click on Continue, it tries to download again. I have tried several times. I cleared cookies and cache and powered off my PC. Still won't work. Any thoughts?

Thanks! That worked. I switched from Edge to Firefox. So frustrating!!

Same experience downloading (trying to) Fidelity 1099s. Chrome and Edge bothfail as described, Firefox works.
