Tax deadline, last years AGI, non US citizen

Hi, I'm having a lot of trouble filing my tax return. I'm not a us citizen and I only worked in the US for 12 months, ending in June 2016. Now I'm living outside of the us and I don't have all of the neccesary information in order to authenticate my account - I don't have my american phone, I can't find my tax return from last year... so my questions are:
- is there any specific help I can get that fits my situation?
- what happens if I miss the April 18 deadline?

Use the account recovery tool below, it'll have you access the old account through alternate methods even if you lost the old email. Choose the Try Something Else, and then it will ask for account specifics to help log you in:

Another option is submitting an Extension if you know you're not going to file on time:
