Does investment income or house sale income count towards annual income for my tax credit for health care through the market place? And if so, will I have to pay more in taxes to make up for the credit?

Why can't I pay taxes on extension with a direct withdrawal from my bank account? TurboTax does not give me the option to withdrawal them from my bank account.
