Tax Calculated from Turbo Tax based on Taxable Income, incorrect?

I am filing married jointly with Turbo Tax Premier. Form 1040 Line 10 showed taxable income $149325. Tax from Line 11 a was $24,039. But with a simple calculation from Excel, tax was $24569 based on taxable income $149325 and tax rates for married filing jointly. The difference was $530. Did I missed anything?

Attached please see the numbers from Turbo Tax and Excel calculation. Thanks.

Did you have Qualified dividends or Capital gains on your tax return? The Qualified Dividends and Capital Gain Tax Worksheet is used to calculate the tax if you have Qualified dividends or Capital gains on your return.
