To edit the local withholding not already reported on your W-2 or 1099:   Hope this Helps!..

1) Go to the Federal Taxes tab

2) Then Deductions & Credits

3) Select "Explore on My Own" or "Jump to a Full List"

4) Scroll down to "Estimates and Other Taxes Paid"

5) Choose "Start or Update" next to Other Income Taxes

6) Then scroll down to "Withholdings not already entered in W-2 or 1099" in the Other Income Taxes Paid in 2014 section.

7) Enter the correct amount for Local with the corresponding State/Locality
