Delete the W-2 and re-enter manually. Make sure that that you do not enter anything in box 20 of the W-2.

Do you have anything in box 18 or 19? If box 19 is 0 or blank then leave box 18 blank. Do not enter wages in box 18.

Some employers put things in box 18 or 19 that don't belong there, or that have to be entered in a different box. What do you have in box 18 or 19? What state did you work in?
