Hello,
Two issues:
1) Brokerage not showing up (this seems to be a 'every few year' issue). Mutual Funds are.
2)Support is horrendous. Called and after repeating myself at least 3 time, showing him the link of partners (which btw link is literally on the import list)..he escalates and while waiting, disconnects the phone.
You'll need to sign in or create an account to connect with an expert.
There are a few firms missing in the import list. Acorns, for example, is missing and Merrill just got added last week. You might want to give it a week or two and see what happens. I am aware of some friends, family, and clients who have accounts at Morgan Stanley (including E*Trade) and a couple of other brokerage firms who told them their consolidated 1099s won't be available until the first week of March.
Yes, although the usual laggards (specific funds) already posted, brokerage should have been by end of jan. (it was posted on T.Rowe weeks ago).
Thx for response though. Of course, this was the most complex form and would take forever to manually enter which is another enhancement for Intuit to be able to scan these documents.
I am waiting for T Rowe Brokerage as well. I assumed that it wasn't listed yet because the forms were not available at this time. However, my wife's account tax forms are available. I downloaded and filled them out manually. This is disappointing, and I'm hoping that this is available by the time my tax forms are ready.
We used to call this the 'military salute'...Intuit says its T.Rowe and T.Rowe says its Intuit.
Intuit Customer Service (second call, first guy couldn't spell Turbotax): Its T.Rowe, they won't open access at all until ALL forms are posted by the last scheduled dates (so for T.Rowe, EOM). Not entirely logical to me as i can login to T.Rowe and see documents as they are posted, but understand the technical distinction. In addition, one would think TT would at least have T.Rowe Price Brokerage as a selection (then not pull the info if not available) as they DID with Mutual Funds --This is why i think a Intuit Issue.
T.Rowe (Preferred Services) Rep: Its Intuit and we have had many calls and our tech team is Working With Intuit, thought they had it resolved (2 days ago).
We'll see. I'm going to wait until 3/1 because that form is a BEAR..and of course even with Premier, they don't enable PDF reading capability. (T.Rowe doesn't provide the txf format and i didn't want to use an online coverter to do it with my account/PII info).

The firm is listed in H&R Block's software in the event Intuit doesn't come through.
Thats not realistic! Aside from i literally have everything done except this form, have history AND i paid for it!!
Worse case, i'll use a online converter to get the pdf into txf and import that way.

If that works, then do it that way.
Same problem: "T. Rowe Price Brokerage" is not listed for importing, despite the fact that my 2025 1099 paper copy has been issued.
Like others who have reported this problem, I was able to get the T. Rowe Price Mutual Fund import, but not the Brokerage side.
The T. Rowe Price website instructions say to select: "...T. Rowe Price Brokerage Accounts to retrieve Brokerage accounts, and click Continue." TRP must think it's listed.
Could Intuit get this fixed?
Just saw Acorns on the list today.
This is beyond frustrating. My T Rowe Price brokerage account has been listed on the website for over a week. I know I can enter everything manually, however there's an extensive amount of paperwork involved which is why I purchased the software as I do every year since they first began selling TurboTax. I can understand if it was an obscure brokerage firm. But we are talking about T Rowe Price one of the largest in the world. My brother and some friends purchase tax cut. They had no problems importing that T Rowe Price brokerage accounts. Intuit is selling higher priced software with the promise of completing your taxes as easy as possible. This is not been the case.
duh huh?!..i said 'worse case'. Do you just post to post? Your responses aren't of any benefit and pretty "Captain Obvious".

Says the guy that recommends using H&R Software!!! LOL...your a joke.
Yeah, i really didn't come up with anything like as a worst case backup using a conversion utility from pdf to txf....I'm sure your all over that, hey bucko? (btw..others can actually use that as a backup as well, similar to me with complex returns and dont want to use H&R or brute force entry.
I'm POSTING here for others to join the bandwagon and hopefully Intuit will pay attention at its customer base complaining about functionality not working..A "Captain Obvious" response.
Now lets wait for another inane post 'just to post'

They don't care. You haven't noticed their financials, "obviously".
