System will not allow me to finish filing taxes. Error message states that there is a problem with direct deposit, contacted bank and there isn't an issue on their end.

I also tried to pay via CC and it also wouldn't process payment. Tried 3 different cards and all had the same error message to contact customer service, but can not find customer service number.

Please make sure the address you have in TurboTax is the exact same address on your bank account and credit card. If this TurboTax FAQ does not resolve the issue please use this link to contact us.
