Switching from CD to online and self-employed didn't transfer

Hiii - I'm switching this year from CD (rip) to Online. 

I'm married, filing jointly. My husband has a Schedule C sole proprietor business. 

I uploaded our .tax file. So far, so good. 

However, I cannot for the life of me figure out where the business portion is in the Online version. 

TurboTax wants *me* to do business tax filing based on my quickbooks account under my name - which I have not used in eons.

However, where is my husband's business? It looks like I have to start over and re-enter all the info for him as "add another business."

Is that right? If yes, how incredibly annoying - where is the info transferred from the .tax file?? I'm concerned I've done something wrong. 

I hope I picked the correct product to begin with.

Can anyone help me figure this out?

I resisted anything other than CD for years and this confirms why. lol
