supporting details not totalling

I am filling out a schedule e wksht, and have been entering much of my data by the use of supporting details. I  can enter a few lines, but the total is not calculating and 0 is appearing  in the box on the original form.

same thing happened with other tax forms, eg, soc sec worksheet.

Are you entering numbers in the Amount column of the Supporting Details popup?

If so, it's possible this is browser-related. Please log out of TurboTax, refresh your browser, and clear your cookies and cache. Then restart your browser and log into TurboTax again. Or try a different browser.
