There are a number of summary screens that do not allow you to edit or delete listed items in 2026 TurboTax Home and Business. For example, in the Personal Income Section, I went to Update 1099-OID. That took me to a screen - Miscellaneous Investment Income - which allows you to choose Form 1099-OID. When you hit Continue you are brought to a Summary Screen - Form 1099-OID Summary. On the summary screen there is a list of all of the Payers and OID Interest for each. The screen says you can add, edit (change) or delete Forms 1099-OID. There is a functional add another payer button on the screen. However, there is no way to edit or delete any of the existing payers listed on that screen. There is no way to click on any of the existing Payers and there is no way to edit any of the data attributable to the Payers on that screen. There are several summary screens which are behaving exactly like this. The only work around is to go into Forms and delete all of the forms for the list of payers and start over again from scratch

To edit an item in a summary list click the pencil icon for that item. To delete an item click the trash can icon.
What you describe is not available on the screen. The only thing that is functional is to add another payer or done. You cannot click on anything else on this screen. No way to edit or delete.
There is no way to edit this summary screen. Can only add new items. Cannot go into any of the items which are listed on this summary screen. The only way to edit the contents of these existing items is to go to Forms and find the form related to the item in the list and edit directly on the form not using step by step.
From the Income Summary screen, click Start/Update to see the source of income listed on the page. On the Form 1099-OID summary page, look for a pencil icon to the right of your entry (screenshot below).
If this is missing, go to Online in the header and check for updates. You may need to manually update per this article: Manually Update TurboTax for Windows Software
