Which specific question did you decline? Which version of TurboTax are you using? Please provide additional details here in the thread and we can assist you further.
This question - "Let us use your tax info to improve your experience" and it will not allow me to change the answer now if that is the reason now why it will not transfer info from last year.
If you used the same Login Info as as last year, your tax info should transfer automatically. Can't remember last year's login? Try our account recovery tool.
You can also 'Clear and Start Over'.

You can only transfer into a new blank return. So you would have to start over to transfer again.
To transfer again in the Online version, you have to clear and start over
I did clear and start over, that question is still not open though. Even though I cleared to start over, it still says for that question declined. It will not let me answer it all over.
When I clear and start over, it still does not ask that question over again, it still says declined. I also have tried transferring last year's info, while it acts as it uploaded, it is not there when it is done. Also, I am using the correct logins.
