The instructions suggest it is possible but the reality is that there is now way to exit full service and return to doing taxes myself. My "expert" is un responsive and I can not do anything.
The User Experience is horrible and the Inuit Chat Bot is garbage.

Does not help if you are redirected to the full service app where there are no tools to leave.
You'll need to sign in or create an account to connect with an expert.
This will be the last year I use Turbo Tax ..
