Stuck at page telling me I will file federal by mail and state electronic. Keeps sending me back but does not show me anything to correct.

The TurboTax Software does not allow the State to be e-file and the Federal mailed in. You will either have to print and mail both in or e-file both. The Federal and State can be e-filed together or you can e-file the Federal and mail in the State, but not the other way around.

To fix the loop that you are stuck in, go to :

• File
• Click on Start for Step 3
• Click on change filing method
• Read anything you see in grey or red to help you move forward with finishing your Federal and State Returns
