State taxes Enter tax from 2023 question.

Hi, I'm filing for the first time on my own. I'm stumped on this portion of the program. I'm to the state taxes where it's asking me to enter tax from 2023. I did file last year in Ohio, so I checked the box that says "filed a 2023 Form IT 1040 return (full or partial year). A sub menu pops up and it's asking for a value. It reads, "2023 Form IT 1040, Line 10 minuls line 16, enter 0 if none."

I'm looking at my 2023 return, this may be a simple question but I want to be sure I'm looking at this right. I'm looking at the Income portion of the 1040, and line 10 reads adjustments to income from schedule 1, line 26 which has a value of 331. On the second page at the top I see item 16 which reads "Tax (see instructions) check if any from forms 8814, 4973, and there is a blank option with a checkbox. There is a value of 3539 to the right.

In the program, I'm assuming I take the value from 16, subract the value from line 10 (3539 - 331) = 3208. Is this the value that I need to input in order to proceed?

State taxes Enter tax from 2023 question.

It doesn't appear so. As per the copy of Form 2023 Ohio IT 1040, you are to take the number on line 10 which is Tax liability after nonrefundable credits and subtract the amount on line 16 Refundable credits:
