State Tax Refund Worksheet Item Q Line 3

Error check is asking me to enter State Tax Refund Worksheet Item Q Line 3 but I cannot find it anywhere.  I've found answers for Line 1 and Line 2 but not Line 3.

WHERE DO I FIND INFO TO ENTER ON ITEM Q LINE 3 FOR  VA STATE REFUND WORKSHEET?

You will need to go back through the state refund questions to complete this entry. TurboTax will automatically calculate the amounts on the State Tax Refund Worksheet based on your entries. To review the state refund questions, please follow these steps:

1. Log into TurboTax and click on any topic to continue
2. Click on Federal from the menu on the left-hand side
3. Click on Wages & Income at the top
4. Scroll down to "Other Common Income" and click on "Show More"
5. Click on "Start" or "Revisit" to the right of "Refunds Received for State/Local Tax Returns" and then select Edit next to your state entry or select Yes if applicable.
6. Review or enter your state refund information and click Continue.  Answer any questions and then select Done.
7. Next, you will see the section "Let's See if Your 2018 'State' Refund Is Taxable." Answer all the questions that follow to complete the State Tax Refund Worksheet.
