You messed up and are posting from online Deluxe instead of using the software you installed to your own hard drive.
When you use desktop software you do not "log on" with a password to online TurboTax. You just open up the program on your own computer and use it.
You will need to contact customer support to sort this problem out unless you just want to abandon the online account you are in and start over in your desktop software.
