State accepted but email said one more thing to do. Am I misunderstanding this? I did an efile state and federal both accepted. Do I just ignore this message?

Yes, if both was accepted , then all you have to do is check with IRS to see your future status.  You can check on where is my refund to get status.  https://sa.www4.irs.gov/irfof/lang/en/irfofgetstatus.jsp
