Starting Child's Return under TurboTax Download

I just filed my tax return using Deluxe. How do I start and file my child's return using the same downloaded version? Thanks.

If you have the CD/download then you go up to the top of your screen and click New Return.   Using the CD/download you can prepare and e-file up to five federal returns.

We cannot see what software you are using----so make sure you are in the desktop software.

We see people get confused and they keep logging in to online software which will require them to pay at the end.   You need to use the desktop software.   One way to tell if you are using the right software---your tool bar.   Online software has the toolbar in a black vertical column on the left side of the screen.   Desktop software has the tools up on the top of your TT screen.

Just go up to the very top black menu line first item File>New tax return
