SS Benefits and LT Disability are the only income. Don't see it as income options

If you are using TurboTax Online, type "social security benefits" in the Search box. Select the "Jump to" and you'll be taken where you need to enter the info. Type "disability income" in the Search box and select the "Jump to" for your disability income.
