Spent the last hour on the phone with TT rep & then supervisor. Supervisor told me that if I purchased direct from intuit they could not help. What a joke!

Wait a minute...TurboTax is owned by Intuit so that does not make any sense.

How did you contact TurboTax support?

Did you call this number - 1-800-446-8848

What is the tax question or problem you are having with the TurboTax program?

...or did they say that if you Did NOT purchase from intuit they couldn't help.

In that alternate case, that would depend on what the "issue " was.

Update:

After spending 5 hours on the phone with various TT people. I found a lady the indicated my previous contacts at TT were wrong. She corrected the problem and restored 2021 that was lost with the first group.

However, what started the issue, product updates with Microsoft error 1603 have returned (it was working for about a day w/o the error). The manual download of updates did not work or correct the problem.

 So, I will be starting the week with our TT friends.  Really, wish they had someone who correct problems as was the case in previous years. What a joke!!!
