I have tested and am not getting stuck in a loop. It might be easier if you provide a sanitized version of your return through a token request. This will allow me to see what you're experiencing. However, I need a diagnostic file which is a copy of your tax return that has all of your personal information removed. You can send one to us by following the directions below:
