Hello my question is can I still do my own taxes on Turbo Tax for 2023 with all those big items in a single year?  Otherwise, I would seek out a professional tax preparer.

TurboTax can definitely handle those situations.  You can opt to do it yourself in "as you go", or offload it to us and use the "full service product" where we will prepare the return for you.
