Sold a house to a Non-Profit organization.

I as an independent contractor and was the buyer's

agent for a Non-Profit purchasing a property.   I reduced my commission by $2500 for the Non-profit.   Is this $2500 a donation to this Non-Profit?

Depends.  If you only report the commission you actually got then no.  Or did you get a 1099 for the full amount?
