The Car and truck expenses worksheet Part 1 line 9 for Turbo tax desktop 2022 is not correctly computing the percentage of business use. The truck was bought 8 Jun 22 and is used 100% for business. If I enter the vehicle aquired date and put in use date of 8 Jun 22 (Part 1 lines 2 and 3) , the software computes the business use as 58.33% on line 9. If I change the dates to 1/1/22 then it computes it as 100% on line 9

I was able to resolve this by checking yes to the question about having documentation of personal miles. Although I had checked no it was not available for personal use.
I cannot reproduce your error in my copy of TurboTax Home & Business.
Are you entering the mileage correctly?
Yes, the milage has been entered. If I change the dates in line 2 and 3 to 1/1/2022 instead of 6/8/22 it becomes 100%. Its appropriately selecting the actual cost as best rather the standard milage deduction becuase the depreciation and section 179 deductions allowed for the new vehicle.
Also the mile driven for personal use on line 8 is correctly listed as 0

I had the same issue with a vehicle purchased on 10/1/2022. Thanks for posting your fix.
