Social Security Taxable amount incorrect Desktop 2025

I enter info from SSA-1099 on the forms and the amounts match line 6A on the 1040 but the table amount is 0 on line 6B.  I am not 65 yet and our income is over the minimum threshold  so I believe there should be a taxable amount (85%).  Is there a bug?

After entering the SSA-1099, there was a screen asking you if you lived in any of the listed foreign countries in 2025.  You should have selected NO.  But sounds like you may have selected YES

Go back and check your answer

To enter Social Security benefits reported on form SSA-1099

Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)
Click on Wages and Income (Personal Income using Home and Business)
Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)
Scroll down to Retirement Plans and Social Security
On Social Security (SSA-1099, RRB-1099), click the start or update button
