I have a couple of issues.
I filed my 2019 taxes late. I mailed them off sometime in November 2020. I am due a refund but I have not received anything yet. I do not know who to contact or how to contact someone to get some info on it. My 2019 taxes are not on my transcript either. I just tried to efile my 2020 taxes and to verify my identity I was asked my 2019 AGI. I put in the correct amount and it was rejected. I read that because I filed them late, I should put 0 as AGI, which I did. It was rejected again. This time the error was "R0000-507-01 - A dependent on your return has already been claimed (or claimed themselves) on another return." If she was claimed by someone, it was done fraudulently. I have claimed her every year since she was born 2002. He father is deceased so I know it wasn't him. I do not know what to do about any of these issues.

When you get a rejection for a duplicate SSN the only thing you can do is print,, sign and mail the return that claims the SSN. You cannot defeat a SSN rejection. The IRS will hand process your return and sort it out later.
When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s. Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.
Federal and state returns must be in separate envelopes and they are mailed to different addresses. Read the mailing instructions that print with your tax return carefully so you mail them to the right addresses.
So for the 2019 taxes, I did attach all the documents but unfortunately I dropped it in a mailbox and did not get tracking info. Should I reprint a copy and of them as well as my 1099 and mail it again?
Regarding your 2019 tax return - the IRS probably still working on that, so any AGI you'll put there won't be correct. The IRS pays good interest on amounts that weren't timely send, you will eventually receive your money plus interest. You need to print and mail your 2020 tax return and the IRS will investigate who claimed your dependent. Unfortunately, it will take time. You call the IRS customer support number at 1-800-829-0922 or 800-829-1040 and report the issue with claiming your dependent.
My personal opinion is that if you are going to mail a return to IRS, you should send it return receipt requested. That way you know for a fact that they received it.
