So on the app it say I will be getting a certain amount back and now the amount is lower that what it’s actually say and I’m confused on why. I put all my info in right

If you filled taxes out online- perhaps you went with the option to remove charges from your refund ?

If you have already received your refund and it is lower than expected, there are a few reasons this could happen:

• As rjs1 says in the above message, perhaps you selected the option to pay for your TurboTax fees with your refund. This would cause your refund to be lower than the amount shown on the App.
  • NOTE: If you have not filed your return you can change the option to pay with your refund by clicking on File from the menu on the left-hand side of the screen and then clicking "Revisit" next to Step 1. 
• Your refund may have been offset due to past-due taxes, child support or another government debt. You will receive a notice in the mail if your refund has been offset for a government debt.
• There may have been a correction made to your return. You will receive a notice in the mail explaining the change if your return was corrected.
