No, you cannot both claim the children as dependents. A dependent can only be listed on one return each year.  It may be possible to use them as qualifying nondependents for other tax benefits that you may be eligible for, such as Head of Household filing status.   When filling out your information in TurboTax, provide information about your children and answer YES to the question asking if you have an agreement that allows the other parent to claim your children.     Take your time, and be sure to read each question carefully.  TurboTax will help you to determine if there may be other tax benefits available to you based on your answers
