So I was deployed for tax season this past year and was told we were waved from this years and could do it with next years combined. Is there anyway I can still do the taxes for 2019?

Tax returns for multiple tax years cannot never be combined onto one tax return.

To complete and file a 2019 tax return using TurboTax you would need to purchase, download and install on a personal computer one of the 2019 desktop editions from this website - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/

A 2019 tax return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed.

You might want to read ALL the following too, there's a brief summary section in there about the automatic extension given to military folks who had been deployed to a Combat zone:

Filing Military Taxes While You Are Deployed (militaryonesource.mil)

You would have to file your 2019 taxes on paper, since you are way past the e-filing deadline.....but I can't know if  you are still within the 180 day window for the extension since leaving the Combat zone.  Even if out of that window, you can paper file at any time now, and no penalty would be assessed if you are due a refund.  You do need  to get after it, spend a few weeks on it, and get it done.

a few weeks?

although good care is required, it should not take weeks to do a military tax return.
