So I’m a full time student and i get financial aid because I use my moms taxes and do say I’m a dependent because I still do depend on her but lately I been helping her with my lil brother b

Sorry ... you cannot claim a dependent of your own if you are a dependent yourself.

What about if me and my mom don’t do our taxes together and she doesn’t file me as a dependent in her taxes a dependent i only fine as a dependent for financial aid

If you are under the age of 24 and a full time student then you are her dependent and you must file your return that way even if she does not file or claim you  UNLESS you are self supporting using wages earned ... student loans and scholarships do not count.
