If you receive a W-2 for the other job with the housekeeping company, that would get entered under Personal info just like any other w-2.
If you receive 1099-MISC forms for both the subcontractor work and the housekeeping work, they would both be self-employment. If the work is not completely different in nature and you don't have any reason to want to separate the two , you could just file them as one company under self-employment.
