So I got a 4883c sent to me I replied and talked with the agent and they were able to verify me and said I passed the process... so now 9 weeks for return.. any thoughts

It may seem like a long time, and yes, it is an extended time; however, you were able to get through the process with no sweat and you are still getting your refund. Your information has not been tied up or put on hold so everything is in a forward motion. You now have no worries, just a wait time.
