If you are not successful you can always mail your tax return for 2020, if necessary.
@aj15946 asked: "So how do you get in your 2019 taxes if you do not have the same phone number or email address?"
What do you mean by "get in your 2019 taxes?"
Are you trying to regain access to the Online TurboTax account you used for your 2019 return, but you no longer have the same phone number or email address to use to regain access?
If so, here is an alternate method. You will go to the Account Recovery page linked below, but do NOT use the tool there. You will leave the data field blank and instead scroll down to a blue link "Try Something Else", and it will look you up by SSN and other parameters.
NOTE: Before going to the link below, log out of all Intuit accounts including this user forum, or you might end up in a loop. Then clear your browser Internet cache, close your browser, then reopen it, and go to the link below. You may wish to copy this link so you can paste it into the new browser session.

Again, when you get there, do NOT enter anything in the tool since you don't have the same phone number or email address. Instead, scroll down and choose the blue link "Try Something Else."
When you get into your account, be sure to update your account settings. Go to the left menu column and click Intuit Account, then update your phone number and email address and review your other settings.
