So far 2 issues - (1) I'm in the Your State Returns section to add Medical and Dental Expenses - It won't allow me to enter anything in the box.It's grayed out

Medical expenses get entered into the Federal section and are automatically transferred over to the State section. 

You can enter medical expenses in the following area: 

1.) Federal

2.) Deductions & Credits

3.) Medical

4.) Medical Expenses

If you are not referring to typical medical expenses, but instead a state-specific entry or a credit, kindly post additional details below.
