Do you mean for your W-4 that you give to your employer? Do you have dependents?

As @xmasbaby0 states your question appears to be asking about personal exemptions for a form W4. Tax returns no longer have personal exemptions.
When completing your return in TurboTax, you simply choose your filing status.
If you are unmarried as of December 31, 2022 you would select single as your marital status in the "Personal Info" section in TurboTax.
You will then be asked if you support other people. If you select "yes," you will be asked a series of questions to determine if that person qualifies as your dependent. If the person qualifies then you will be prompted to select the "Head of Household" filing status.
Click here for IRS Publication 501 for more information on filing status.
