Since I didn't have marketplace insurance the whole year, on the 1095A form, not all the months have the same number, but there isn't an option to enter specific months.

I only had marketplace insurance for 6 months in 2025, so the first 6 months have "0" in each column, and the last 6 months have a number. How do I account for this in Turbo Tax since it doesn't give an option for differing months?

Since I didn't have marketplace insurance the whole year, on the 1095A form, not all the months have the same number, but there isn't an option to enter specific months.

In TurboTax Online, return to IRS form 1095-A by following these steps:

 

  • Down the left side of the screen, click Federal.
  • Click the down arrow to the right of Deductions & credits.
  • At the screen Your tax breaks, click the down arrow to the right of Medical.
  • Click to the right of Affordable Care Act (Form 1095-A).
  • At the screen Form 1095-A Summary, click the pencil icon to the right to open up the 1095-A form.
  • At the screen Let's review your 1095-A, answer No to the question Does this form 1095-A have the same amounts for each column in all twelve months?  Click Continue.
  • At the screen Tell us about your monthly coverage, you are given the display of all twelve months.
